Old limewire worked pretty good, but the newst version always makes me lose my interweb connection, somehow messes up my router or something because none of my computers will work if one tries it. What a bastard.

Don't use Acquisition, it's not worth the cash. Try Acqlite, it's based on Acquisition and Limewire and it's free.

but its packaged as readable on my apple, whats the chances this is osx software though once unpacked?
