Anyone received their $50 iPod settlement check yet? It was for owners of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen ipod owners and I've been waiting months for it.

is it only to people who purchased threw the apple store? i have the 2nd gen ipod why should i be getting a $50 ipod settlement?

no love here either, and i sent my papers in waaay back in august.
you can call Apple and make sure they have yer info-->

no you don't have to purchase it through the apple store. i got mine from best buy. but yea this was months ago. they automatically sent you a letter in the mail for the info if you registered it.
i've been waiting for months also.
