Gambling again

  So I applied for job A, they said we want you but we cant pay what you want. So I applied for B. I waited for B and never answered, finally A says OK, we will give you what you want. Now B Calls and says We want you to work for us, so I say I already decided to go with A but thanks anyways, so B says OK, we will match it plus this.

  Is it ethical to say to A. Thanks! But B is giving me this.

  or is it best to say: Thanks B but I really need to stick with B.

  I like both A and B so its a kind of hard situation, I would like to go to B but if it is unethical or will comprimisse my work in the future with A and B then I rather not move.

  What do you guys think?
