How do u become a designer that has maintains a extemely large work ethic and keeps on top of many projects without being distracted?
Feels like my attention span is decreasing rather than improving.
Any1 shaken this and managed to pump out lots of personal and commerical work?

The most important thing is to be able to spell correctly.

To seriously answer your question though....
I do this when I learn another language, you need to set aside a certain amount of time each week for your work, nothing gets in the way. And then to develop techniques for doing the work, exercisees, ideas, process.
