Recently when i've been talking to clients, I find they really dont understand what they want from a website.
My question is, what are the top 10 factors that make a website great.

structure is probably the most important thing I look for in a good website.

What kelpie said. Content. Really. If the client is too lazy to produce, maintain, or source the best content or provide it, then you've got nothing to work with.
You can't guild a non-existent lily.
I have a no-content no-design principle. If the content hasn't been decided I'm not going to push pixels around for shits and giggles.
