go to the holocaust museum, pascii. it's amazing. sad, but definitely worth visiting.

yeah, go there, go up the tower, go to the tiergarten, go the the bombed out church, and after all that GO TO THE PUB ya bas. In Friedrichshan, up from the East Side Gallery (you should go there too, but pay more attention to the *back* of the wall, the graffitti is fully rad).

aye, pascii - try not to get knocked down/run over by any diggers, thay are always building something, the whole of Unter Den Linden by the gate was being dug up and churned over while I was there last....

Lots and lots of nice little shops/clubs around in Berlin. I recommend asking or searching for a booklet containg locations & descriptions of those. Just get the metro and jump out the station nearby a clutter of those :) The Prenzlauer Allee or Simon Dachstrasse are some nice neighbourhoods to begin with.
Besides clubs, shops etc. you can also find some culture ofcourse. I've visited the Stasi Prison (you can view some pics at my site). Very impressive. You'll be getting a tour by people who've actually been locked in that very prison not that long ago.
