most solid answer yet!My girl seriously has no hobbies. She's a really simple person. Doesn't wear much jewelry at all, is computer illiterate and considers a good night watching a movie and having a few drinks.

Taking a nice photo of your son and framing it could be an "add on" gift if you get her the day at a spa. that way she has a keepsake of the birthday. Preferrably a photo she has not seen.
