Would anyone know of a way to load a PDF (30 pages approx.) within the Internet Browser without loading up all the Adobe Acrobat tools also...
Or would anyone know of a way to set up exact print margins from within the browser? Can I command the browser to print only a certain amount of the information, for example, an A4 page displayed in the centre of the window without any of the website menu items?
All suggestions appreciated.

I don't think you can work around Acrobat for pdf's.
As for the printin part: maybe some javascript to open window, and use a stylesheet for print.
display: none for all the stuff you don't want to print.
