No politician would really do that. Clinton came close, but he was very differnt. Kerry wouldn't do it.

I kinda think Vinick will because it would be a change of pace, plus, they're trying to paint him as not so evil.

Yeah,it jumped the shark when Sorkin left. And now it's almost a parody of its earlier seasons, all snappy dialogue, which is just that: all snap with no depth.
