slicing

  what do you use to slice?

  i have always used fireworks. but work onl has image ready so i am trying to use it. i would think it would be easier since its one less file. but... is there an easy way to lock all the layers from editing? i JUST want to slice. and i keep moving my psd layers when trying to move a slice.
