That's utter bullshit. Yeah, most definitely dump both of them out of your life. And yes, the shaking is normal when you're on fire inside. I've been so angry at times that I shake to the point where I can't speak. Stay busy in the company of good friends.

honestly jox that sucks.
i know from first hand experience.
i dated a girl for 3 years, she broke up with me and almost the same thing, 5 months later i found out my best friend and her were dating.
i found out at a party when i saw them kiss in a reflection from a mirror. i guess they made it a game to do things behind my back when i was in the same room.
i was out of my mind angry.
for weeks.
time is the only thing that will heal your broken heart.
it's been almost 10 years and i haven't spoken to either of them since.
i ran into him at our 10 year reunion and he almost came to tears appologizing. saying for years he had just hit the bottle in sorrow, gambled away money to help pass the time. lost almost all of his friends. i ran into her about a year before. she was in an abusive relationship with a man who had two kids from two other women.
it's karma really.
they'll get theirs.
you just move on, put them in the past and stick close to those who really care for us.
like we do here.

Thanks k0na. Really. I needed to hear that just as much as I need this drink.
It's funny in a way - I had just started re-friending with this girl again after we broke up (ended on good terms), and in my stupid mind I thought there was a slight chance we could get back together because the reason we broke up is no longer there (I worked too much). So my hopes were pretty high. Wow, that kick really came when I was down.
