ya, the first 2 are very good. Good theme going on that could carry into multiple posters.
The third one looks like a Freshman did it.

the first two are ace
especially the one on the top rightnoice!
the bottom one took me forever to see that it said volunteer
i didn't even think it was english for the longest time
kind of disappointing after the first two

The word 'aura' just looks like it's floating, it has no visual presence and the date and performance schedule look clumsy, although the space around the image is cool it gives it a sense of drama. As for the third one, when you're trying to be inventive with typography, make it say something, it just looks odd!!

The schedule of the first poster look clunky compared to the flowing feeling you get from the dancers and the delicate feeling from the Aura logo. It needs some massaging too.
