Juipe - no idea, it was just a sound that made us smile, too many good names already taken so we just grabbed what we could.

i read it as 'jwipe'
it's a nice typeface but it's half way from being very formal (technically produced) to very fluid (handwritten). i'd suggest revising it towards one or the other.

I dig the font, works well with those characters. Ditch the "Design and Development", feels small time.

I agree nice font, but illegibility comments are fair, esp since it's a made-up word.
Maybe look at the spacing and altering the weight of the stroke connecting the u and i ??
And def. lose the TM, unless it's trademarked, which would mean no point in this discussion anyway... :-)

Maybe stylize the font, biorst?, a little more. Customize it somehow.

i like the name typeface but the rest is a bit out of balance.
try using a different weight and experiment with aligning the text.
you could also think of putting it inside some sort of image mark or frame of some sort. (white on black etc..)
experiment some more.

I like the font. I read J-WIPE. Can you post up a phonetic version so we know how to pronounce?
