Pay Pal + Download

  hi, does anyone know how to set up pay pal to send download link after payment is rrecieved?. I'm gonna sell tickets for a concert online and when the payer, pays for it i want to send them a download link.
  I've seen it done when i buy like scripts and stuff but I don't know how to do it.
