It's not a miracle cure for anything janne - but it is often the first step to deeper understanding of the thigns we like to hide away. There's a lot of stigma attached to going to therapy - but that's bullshit. I reckon EVERYONE could use a little bit of therapy now and then.

i love it when people put shit in boxes. personally i like to wrap it up with a nice paper and have a beautiful red bow on top.
