before you scream that there was another post about this.....>
i'm after sites that are 'bigger than the screen' in dimension.
The site can move to sections on this layout (that isn't always visible) by panning to it on this page (instead of loading a new html).
Is this possible in Flash? A page consisting of several flash movies that exist on a large spanning layout?

Flash movieS just the same as you'd do with jpgs.

i used to be theymademedoit...well - the richy site is a little like what i was wondering, but some of the content remains stationary on screen. i was hoping to find something a bit more 'expansive'

isnt there a problem with having loads of movies on a page? especially if they house different information?
i was after something a lot like a screen grid of 4 x 4 screens on ONE page.
all navigable by scrolling horizontally and vertically across the large 4 x 4 spread
(a lot like navigating an Xpress multipage)i'm thinking

you can click on the nubers of the pages and the screen adjusts to the images not shown on screen and back.
i found it quite fun as i am an ew recent fan of the site build.

ive got some flas somewhere from flashkit that can do somthing similar to the richypitch...im thinkin you could tweak it somehow, and add an extra layer over the top to keep certain elements static..that could work?
ill have a look for them if youre interested, theyre on my computer somehwere!

I can't see any reason why you couldn't just have one SWF and have all the MCs you want within that. It's not like they have to be where they are imagined to be before coming into view...
