import into something like Premiere or Sony Vegas Video. The application generally differentiates the audio from the video into different tracks and allows you to slice it up along a linear sequencer.

You need a DVD ripper like this: http://www.imtoo.com/ then take your extracted data and import it into Sony Vegas Video. Repeat the steps I already suggested.
