just jumped into the V TRAIN and got off at 2nd ave, walked across the street, and walked into Kat'z Deli!! ordered me an arterey clogging looks like 9 inches of hot pastrami on toasted rye with mustard and a pickle!!!

last night i cut up the following and put in individual tupperware containers:
boiled egg
turkey bacon
teriyaki chicken
red bell pepper
celery
cucumber
sunflower seedsfor the rest of the week i'll be eating salads for lunch from my very own salad bar.
