G5 wont start up

major issues.
there isn't a tech in this company, and the G5 i am working on will not start up.on screen i get a Globe that blinks forever!
i do not have the MAC OS Start up disks as the company misplaced them.
is there a way by pressing certain keys to bypass this???
please help!!!
i am now currently working on a G4...so less speed!!!

i figured it out, one of the junior designers thought they were cute and decided to play a prank on me (which btw just got them fired) and switched the start up dick to a network disk and since there isnt a network disk there was nowhere to go.
i dont understand why junior designers think pranks are funny!
i hope all you junior designers leaarn from this!!! its not funny! and these machines do not belong to you to mess with!
this kid 1 year out of college now has a very bad rep in this industry and this industry (ACCESSORIES) is very tight!
i highly doubt he will ever find work in NYC in this industry ever again!
