is there any way to export your bookmarks as HTML from firefox?

Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks -> File -> Export

manage bookmarks opens a window and then hit "export"

For those of us with a ridiculous amount of bookmarks, it would be nice to have an app that would allow you to organize them better. (Something better than what current browsers use.)
Is there such a thing?
