I got a gy that does them for .16 each if you print the art work. The quality is great and you can controle the printing.

i print them... $20 per 100 buttons for full color. shipping is $7 no matter how many you order. i print on a high quality inkjet. if you want samples, i can provide some. shoot me an email.
i usually ship orders within 48 hours, a little longer if its 500 or more.

do you split orders mlp?
say i wanted 100 buttons split up into 5 different designs...
and do you send me a template or what?
i'd much rather go with an nter, and your price is lower than most...

yeah i'll print however many you want... like 33 of one, 4 of another, whatev.
send artwork at 300 dpi or vector at 4x4 inches...
the final viewable area on the button is 7/8" round - the rest of the square accounts for a bleed if you have a solid background or want your design to wrap around. avoid really high detail..
i just lay them out in indesign and step and repeat the layout.
i can print black on any color paper (like black on neon or something) or full color.
