I was asked to take an .mp4 file and make it stream for quicktime and windows media player, and not let the user download the .mp3
Then I realized I've never had to do this before and haven't the slightest idea how to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, or explain it.

Okay I found something to convert to the .WMA files. But, does anyone know of a program I can use to create .mov audio file for quicktime. I'm assuming quicktime pro would do it but I'm hoping to do this for free (meaning not having to convince the client to add another $dollars do their price, It's like pulling teeth).
