This guy next to me is rocking out with some crappy headphones. All I can hear is that tinny distortion. I can't concentate. Should I box his ears or just throw them in the trash tonight.

Using Soundforge, edit the eq of a track, cutting out everything below 10k, then jack up the distortion some.
Play it through your computer speakers.

Make him listen to a really embarrassing song, jack up the volume, pull the plug out swiftly while running away, and everyone else will hear him listening to bad music.
