DVDs on your iPod

Sorry if this is a bit of old news, but I thought that with the release of the iPod video, it was time for a refresher course on how to put your DVD collection onto your iPod.
You will need MactheRipper which is found here:

and you will need Handbrake, which is found here:
Once you have downloaded these two programs, here is an online resource that shows you how to do it:

I apologize to PC users, for the software above is only for Mac. Perhaps someone else will be kind enough to share how to accomplish this on a PC.
Now if you don't mind I'd like to get back to ripping "Weekend at Bernies 2" and "Karate Kid part 3".

i have compressed a 2hr movie into 400MB
its tiny. so very tiny.
320 x 240 pixels
its cool though because eventually i'll go blind looking at them and be all trendy like ray charles

i reckon the psp has the ipod licked on this... the psp has a really good viewing... and sony sent me spiderman2 for free last week... that was nice of them!

dont need to waste your time with mac the ripper, just use handbrake..
dvd straight to mpeg4
