    so i'm using the new flash 8 and i am loading a .txt file into a dynamic text box and when i set the text to bitmap and embed the fonts it will not read my html tags the words between the tags disappear and when i don't embed the fonts it reads the html tags but now my text is anti-aliased ...I need the fonts bitmapped and it wont read my italics ..anyway around this?

    If youre masking the text box in ANY way (ie. nested) u need to embed the fonts. If u are embedding the fonts, make sure that all characters are embedded that u are using(ie. &^^%%$# + bitches).
