Look up "reset" or something like that on the apple site. There's a little tiny button inside that seems to work almost like a breaker switch (not sure if this is for all macs).
I had a similar problem... Thought my mac was dead. just had to open it up & push that little button.

I had the same thing, reset button didnt work. So now it is a storage bin for guitar chords.
Was going to cost 800 to fix. no thanks

hell, i have an other type, i checked the link from Dr_Jay and I felt stupid for still not being able to find the button but now i remember my MB is a Yikes.

I am sorry for all the stupid reset questions, but i have come a little bit closer to the solution.. i think.
I found this help doc. saying to push the Cuda reset button. i know what it looks like but I have two buttons next to each other ( looking identical )
wich one to choose...?!
