Load thumbnails

If I wanted to load work thumbnails, each with their own loading progress bar, into the buttons under the "identity" section, how would I do that?

Would I put a LoadMovie into the up state? Or is there some other way?

Wo. Just opened in FF on mac. See what you're talking about. The site is pushed up into the top of the browser and is missing the top half.
I published directly out of Flash to achieve the 100%/no scale effect. Then took it into Dreamweaver to eliminate the margins. Could this be the problem? How could I get that same effect but not exporting directly out of Flash?
