  Studio Managment

  I am trying to figure out ways of organising workflow in my employer's design studio. It is as organised as a blind man in a brothel at the moment so any examples would be gratefully received.

  I am in the same boat and did a thread on it a few weeks ago.

  Most of the responses I got back were either using online Studio management software like basecamp:

  or a version that runs locally, such as studiometry....which I am trying out now.
