Hello there. I'm a kind of amateur designer / hobbyist type... Can anyone describe how one achieves that "screen printed" muted look to colours? For example, some of the work Scott Hansen does...
http://www.iso50.com/Is it just a case of choosing the right colour blend in CMYK / RGB, or is there some kind of photoshop blend which achieves this kind of muted, screen print look...?
Any advice is much appreciated.

looks like he's saturating his colors, adding a warm yellow hue to them, and using multiply a lot
