Twitching Thumb

I've had this twitch in my thumb off-and-on for a few months now. It pulsates with my pulse and moves my entire thum (from tip to mount) about 5mm inwards to my palm every beat.
Anyone else ever had this? Is there an easy way to make it stop?

wack it with your other hand. stop finger banging your dog. and use toilet tissue. seems to work for me.

Those are pleasures reserved solely for my right hand. My left hand co-ordination would surely ruin the moment.

It affects my grip (ooer missus) as it's one fifth of my hand that's pulsating. Using a mouse is tricky sometimes too.

I'd start stretching more often. Sounds like u got a case of 'glued-to-aeron-chair' syndrome like me.
So. Bend your finger back. And then bend it forward. Repeat three times.
--> And now pull it.*smellls some kind of gas.
