Budget is non existent (at the moment), but want to build a relationship as when this artists breaks she will be huge.

While we're at it I need some work doing on my house. My sash windows are kind of rotten and flaky and they could really all do with replacing. I don't have any money now but when I'm older I'm probably going to live in a really big house and I'm bound to want some really expensive renovation work done at that point. Anyone willing to help me out?
