Can anyone point me to a link to a short video of a woman laying flat suspended in a swimming pool with some really cool cinematography...

Can you be a little more specific?
- konspiracy0

are you talking about the onedotzero one? and then there are two other shorts that go with it? eg: a barechested ginger guy throwing himself out of a plate glass window on the 20th storey of a high-rise?

hey, welcome back james!

Hi Para,
Yes that might be it. I'm not being more specific because I only have vague memories of it...there was alot of aerial views and slow motion camera work going on. Very arty...

i have an article on that short film in res magazine, maybe search their site: http://www.res.com

yup, i think that might be the one. it was part of a trilogy: the woman in the swimming pool, the guy jumping out of the building, and then a final short of a man leaping up into the air just as two cars collide beneath him. it's on last year's onedotzero compilation (year six, wasn't it?) and the whole dvd is well worth buying, they did choose most of the best ones, although there were a couple of mind-boggling omissions. i don't recall off the top of my head who did it, but magma has the dvd. i can't seem to find it online; i picked it up at the clerkenwell shop. it's the pink one.
james, is that really you? i'm glad you're not so annoyed with nt that you've disappeared for good. :)

yeah, what is the name of that short. 3 people/3 amazing feats.
all of the shots were had grey grade on them, and color corrected like woah.

I'll get banned again if i talk about it...
I just needed to find something out, and had to get a new login

Yes thats it with the colliding cars...thanks. Which shop in clerkenwell?
- skt0
Thats got to be my favourite from the dvd (except park foot ball), which I lost after only 2 weeks. what a dick. Well worth buying though.
- skt0
It's "We have decided not to die" by Daniel Askill
- soda0
Well done skt!
I saw a link to Daniel Askill's Sia video yesterday and his site:

i got skt's at magma. it's on clerkenwell road, bloomsbury side, near gray's inn road. nice shop to visit, too.
- codfather0

- skt0
cheers para. wish i could find it.

cod, i sit at the feet of guru master moth, hindu god of love and php. but even he cannot protect me from the evil account handlers who, from time to time, shackle me in a dark room and force me to typeset annual reports for huge and evil aim mining companies. which is what i'm doing today.
no bother, skt. i'll go buy one for myself and if you're nice i might let you borrow it.

para...
sounds scary. that could even be the premise to a horror movie. do the evil account handlers have names or are their faces always in shadow?
