Do you prefer Opentype, Truetype, or the ol' PostScript Type 1?
...and what platform are you on: MacOSX, WinXP, or the ol' MacOS9? ...8? ...7?

OpenType is always preferable. Everything that PS/TT is, but cross-platform and often includes small caps, expert sets, extra languages all in one file. Some have alternate glyphs and automatic features included as well.
OT = the future. Say goodbye to PS1.
