I've sort of always known that there is no truth in idealizing mankind's ignorance and trying to derive empowerment from that idealization. I can honestly see why some people can't step out of that narcissistic loop, but they should try.. it's nice out here.

There is so much truth to the "ignorance is bliss" cliché. I get frustrated when people, especially those close to me, choose to remain nestled safely in their comfort zone. I wish they would dig deeper and confront the big questions that they are so threatened by.
