what type of fashion design do you do?
- spifflink0
ummm, i am designing a fall '06 line for an 'alt streetwear' company(sort of like triple 5 soul, or possibly diesel). i am failry new to this scene however, i can design pretty well, if i have the materials, its just utah is kinda out of the way. i like LA and places with good fabric browsing, but no dice here.

mens fashion or womens?
do you also incorporate accessories??
is the price of oil affecting your pricing of yardage for man made fabrics??
what is your background before entering the fashion industry?
- i am a product designer for accessories and mens wear.

both mens and womens, and accessories. my background was mainly in graphic design, but my fiance is majoring in apparel manufacturing at FIDM, i have always been interested in this field.
oil has raised prices of everything really. i havents noticed a huge difference, but i bet i will when we purchase goods in volume. also some of the stuff we ship now, shipping costs are outrageous!
