Capoeira + jiujitsu = dangerous mix

Capoeira is a nice dance and gives you strength and flexibility. It just needs some grappling techniques (like jujitsu, bjj, judo, wrestling) to be more usable in real life. Same with aikido.

a nice dance, true, but it can be dangerous too. i knocked someone's tooth out a couple of years ago, but probably wouldn't have done so if i'd had more control. also at carnival a few years ago a player from a rival group broke my teacher's jaw.
it's not all somersaults and cartwheels!
