Need Flash production help for collaboration on a Job

Hi all,
I have been enlisted to build a website for a local Portland, Oregon DJ. I have very little time to do many side projects anymore and I need production work (ie. the site built using Flash and HTML)
I will be doing the main design, some photography and illustration. Please download the pdf off of my site ( http://www.refunktion.com ) to get a feel for the work I like to do.
This job will fairly simple, smooth and its a DJ site, so its not too big. He will need to upload his own DJ sets and pictures (without having to do major flash or HTML work) and add his own writing as well. (probably a HTML thing as well).

I hate to be that guy, but before anyone gets all stoked, heres the crap part, I can only offer $500 total for the job. It will definately be a portfolio peice for the both of us.

he wants to upload as well...and only $500...ya... I don't think so.. if this was a straight flash job and all the design was done already ...then maybe...

the upload part will be HTML... i am pretty sure of that, i should have detailed it better.
The design will be done already, I just wanted to get a feel for what is out there, all of the elements will be built, you would just have to do the production part of it.
