Anyone know a good free shopping cart I can use for my website? I want to implement it myself, but don't know the coding behind actually building one.

if you're content hacking away at the php/html, I'd recommend http://www.oscommerce.com .
It comes with fairly basic (awful) templates, but if you're relatively confident, it can be completely revamped..

Oscommerce # two if you need a bigger store thing with inventory management, etc...
