Have you run the query on the database directly. The error is stating that nothing is being returned in the result set. Make sure that there is a result to return by populating the db with the data.

Try returning the query to check it works.
function authenticate($Email, $password){
return mysql_query("Select PkClient from Users where Email='$Email' and Password='$Password'");
}

1064 syntax error but it does not give any clue as to what or where

or die(put mysql_error()); at the end
so you have this:
mysql_query("Select PkClient from Users where Email='$Email' and Password='$Password'")or die(put mysql_error());
and it will tell you what's wrong with your sql statement. it's probably something like you don't have the correct case for your field names or they don't even exist or something like that.

if yr field names are good. you can try
Email=\"$Email\" and Password=\"$Password\"
