By the way my every one at my school uses indesign. I hate it but looks like that will be the new trend in years to come.I calld it on the record Quark goes under in 2 years.

I dont know that it has been happening for years. I work in Pre press and I only get an indesign file 2 times a month. Quark is all day.

i just wonder why people even use it still. everyone i know that moved to indesign did because they always had problems getting quark's registration to work correctly, or because it crashed on their comps all the time.
most printers support indesign now, right?? that used to be a gripe.. but why, now, do people use it??

Well I am 22 and I think that Quark is more to the point then Indesign. Although I am open to indesign and will be learning it this year. Yes all printers should have it now. What ever gets the job done right I will use.

actually indesign is more to point...i find quark sluggish and difficult..but hey indeign biggest plus its has al the same familiarties of illustrator and photoshop...so its muh easier to start with...
