in the 70's and 80's they used to spray this foam shit that look kinda like a fire extinguisher on the runways in cases like this. wonder why they dont do it anymore.

I was just watching a piece on the news the other night where a single-seater had a faulty landing gear. These guys got in a Jeep on the runway and matched the speed of the plane to pull out the gear - pretty sweet stuff.
Hopefully these guys get down alright.

the gear is down, but the front wheels are perpendicular, it would be sweet if it spun in place, but it will prolly snap.
