Online magazines: discuss

    I've seen loads of these online magazines / PDF magazines spring up in the last 18 months, but are they really a viable format to be working in?

    Don't get me wrong, there's some lovely work in some of them but surely the whole point of them being online is that they can break out of traditional print restrictions. Why design something to be in a magazine and not actually print it? That's half the fun surely? Maybe I just don't get it.
