whats the story with Bay Ridge and Ocean Parkway areas of Brooklyn? I may look at an apartment in each of those areas.
What are some good/fun areas of brooklyn other than Park Slope and Williamsburg

Bayridge is a nice and clean area. I lived there 4 years ago on Fort Hamilton.

I grew up in the flatlands area, and went to school around Kings Highway near Ocean Parkway. I'm starting to feel nostalgia

that area of brookland is very terrortorial...super guidos and IROC's everywhere.

also quite far far from manhattan when drunk and need to take cab home will cost you boookoo dollah bills!

The bad part about the Bensonhurst area is i'm still hearing about a bunch of guys beating a black guy to death with a baseball bat. I heard it on the news 15 years ago, and I hear the same story again a few months ago.
