Is there a way to set up facing pages as spreads but horizontally. For example a horizontal A4 brochure stiched along the top edge?

A way round it would be:
Don't use facing pages.
Overall page size 594x210 with guide showing the A4.
InDesign will only keep the spread together horizontally not vertically.

Yeah, that's what I did...and the printer sent it back claiming they couldn't work with it like that. So I've had to make it into seperate A4 spreads and resend it.
