they deposit your balance into your bank account periodically...
i think there is a way to just deposit it straight up right away... not sure though...

you have to 'transfer' it from your paypal 'bank account' (cause that's what it is) to your real bank account.

Transfer fee is cheap and it's very fast. I have it transfered into my caisse populaire account and it's only a matter of a few days. Even faster than they claim even.
