InDesign Colour settings

  I have a brochure here that I've had to tranfer into Indesign, from a older version of Illustrator ( it was designed in Illustrator but it needs now to be in Indesign )

  I've had to completly reformatt the layout but there is a problem with the colour settings.. Settings such as
  C =75.69 M=75.69 Y=18.82 K=6.27

  this is meant to be dark blue, but when I type up these settings in Indesign, I'm getting more like a dark purple!.

  I checked the colour settings in Illustrator and they are set to emultate Illustrator 6...
  The Colour management in Indesign is switched off. But there is no emulate Illustrator 6 in there... anyone help?
