I made these quesadilla things last weekend on the grill.
refried black beans, tons of cheese, jalapenos and diced roma tomatoes. with a cuban salsa.
take 2- 8-inch flour tortillas, put all that stuff between then and put them on the grill for about a minute on each side.
so much better than making them in the crib.

I'll call you when I get in. The herb sounds nice! I probably shouldn't have started doing that again.
