Actually, I think they've worded it a bit shit. They mean the 1MB service increasing to a 4MB service, not download speeds. I've actually got the 1.5MB (download speeds of just over 100k/sec).
Think of the shit I'll be downloading now! That'll be almost 300k/sec! Not a patch on North American services though I bet.

I meant the download speed isn't actually 1MB increasing to 4MB. You don't get 1MB download speeds on their basic service. I'm not exactly sure what those values mean but the service is getting 4x faster this month at no extra cost.
