best way to start is drink enough to get a massive hangover... the next 2 days after that you'll not want to drink and then on the 3rd day you'll be like, "well i've made it 2 days, let's go for 3."
but i'm not really a good one to listen to.

I don't get hangovers, but my one friend who does swears by doing the following before going to sleep:
1. Drink some Pickle Juice
2. Swallow some Tylenol while doing soSounds disgusting, but I've tried it hammered and it's not that bad.
Wake up refreshed and ready to kick the day's ass!

i hardly get hangovers. it seems as though i get hangovers when i go to weddings, possibly because i drink for such a long period of time, and drink everything under the sun from beer to shots to champagne to wine and then back to beer and so on.

joe, u are still young. enjoy it while you can. if you are doing it at 40, then you got a serious problem.
