its probably working on server ip's and thats why your "location" is different from your actual location

Note that my country name is written in german. (??)

stewart, your isp server IP and the reverse IP lookup uses a database for locations, some are wrong because some businesses have moved etc and some locations were just wrong full stop.
I can tell the difference between dutch and german btw
